I purchased and installed Rank Tracker a few months ago, now I want to install SEO Spyglass. The problem is that when I go to install that feature, it tells me I have to quit Rank Tracker - even though it is not on. I've closed it out, opened/quit, restarted, and uninstalled it completely and still receiving that message - anyone run into this issue before?

Sounds very weird, definitely not a common issue. Please try removing all SEO PowerSuite-related folders from your computer and possibly running some registry cleaner. After that please try installing once again, the problem should be solved.
