I am receiving no results from Google, which is included as a preferred backlink source. I have read through the knowledge base and the online tutorials but see nothing that should preclude results from Google.

What can you tell me about why I would not see these results, and if RankTracker can find them I would expect Spyglass to find them as well.

What exactly do you mean "found by Rank Tracker"? You can always check Google manually to see if it returns backlinks for this site at all, just enter

link:domainname

in Google and you'll see if it returns results that would display in SEO SpyGlass.
