Hi there,

Recently - the last 2 business working days, Google is hitting us for getting ranking data using your software.
I have tried proxy rotation, which works, but having not used proxy rotation only on 200 words today, Google were throwing up their captcha on a normal web search in the browser.
I've never had this issue before, and I'm worried that proxy rotation is not working as it should and passing our IP address through them.

Our data traffic and storage dept want to know if x-forwarded-for is being passed through the proxies?

If so, how can you block it?

Can you guarantee that what we are doing is safe?
Otherwise I really can't trust using this software.

We know that Google specifies that hitting them with software - auto generated queries is strictly forbidden, and I am scared that they will kill our large website as they align our IP address to our website.

Please let us know how your proxy rotation system is really working.

Many thanks.

yes Ive been experiencing this alot also lately, in fact I went out and purchased 25 private proxys just because of it. but it doesn't seem to help much
I found my self wondering how the program uses the proxys in relation to the queries because it should help if the program uses a different proxy per query.

It`s not the first time this happens, usually the team resolves this issue fast.

Hope you`ll solve the problem or this tool is worthless.

I've been experiencing this since Thursday of last week. I was hoping the weekend would have solved it, but it doesn't seem to have fixed it.

lemurc is spot on in saying the LA team are quick at solving this, but I hope it's pretty quick. Running a RankTracker of >200 keywords bans the office (which doesn't do me any favours :D)

For now I just put rank tracker to check G pages by 100 results per page. It is working hard (like an hour for ~50 kwds) but I manage not to get banned by G.

So long day ahead....

Thanks for the feedback. Yes, indeed, Google has undergone some changes and the described issue exists right now. Tonight we are releasing an update that will take care of it. Thanks for your patience and sorry for the inconvenience.

P.S. Yes, getting temp blocked is absolutely safe, because what happens is Google blocks an IP address (or a proxy server) that queries too often for mere purpose of unloading their servers. So nothing is affected except your IP or a proxy you use, there is no relation to your site or business.

Erm...if we were truly anonymous from the proxy perspective then how do you explain the captcha being presented with our external ip address on it? Google knows where we are coming from most likely because our external address is passed in the x-forwarded-for. The proxy should get blocked not our ip.

Remember I did everything through proxies, apart from the last 200 keywords without.

Are you saying that Google was blocking us just from 200 direct queries without use of a proxy?

I've just updated to version 5.2.5 but still having these issues. I cannot check any ranks at the moment, as all is blocked. Is this the version you released last night?

Settings:
Visit SE HP
Human emulation delays 7-10 sec
Random delays 1-5 sec

Last week everything was fine with exact the same settings, but now I have major issues
