These are useful if you want to check for some basic errors but if you are serious about optimizing for the search engine you will want to invest in a more powerful SEO tool.
Programs like IBP and Link Assistant are by far the best I have used and still do because they give accurate results and are simple for even a novice to use. In the meantime feel free to use the free ones.

i thougt http://www.seomoz.org quite helpfully for me to understand about get page rank even they dont have powerfull software like linky...

http://www.seositecheckup.com/ is a good one for basic and quick analysis of a site, I normally use soley as a very quick overview whilst on a telephone enquiry for SEO services, also for every site check you do a dofollow backlink is generated on the recent_queries.php page, which is a nice bonus
