I was so happy to of found this software that I actually bought the Enterprise Edition (for the sole purpose of being able to export the reports). I thought this would be a good thing to have, perhaps I could store historical data in an Access DB.
I have some fierce competition out there and I actually have to run about 5, 6, 7 or more reports on some competitors sites to truly get most of there links... is there a way to export each report so I can make one big database of all 7 reports, this way I can sort all there links by link value. I noticed if I pull this into an access database it does two things to link value, it rounds the number and i lose the color scheme that usually gets associated with a link value. Is there any way to not lose that when pulling in several reports on a competitors site into an access (or even an excel) database?
Thanks, Chris

Chris4,
sorry for the delay.
There is a fast way to do what you need to be done.
When you create a project for the specific competitor please put a check in "expert options" and on the next step uncheck all ranking parameters. This way you will gather JUST the backlinks of the competitor, really fast.
After that create a project where you will be compiling all the backlinks. Start it for ANY URL, and don't search for partners, stop the search.
After that select the whole list of backlink URLs in every specific competitor project, right-click and select "copy backlink data to clipdboard". After that switch to the compiling project and right-click/paste backlink data. This way you will be gathering all the backlinks to the big compiling project. Make sure you have "total links" and "page pr" columns as well as "link value" column in your workspace. Then select all those backlinks and click "update". Switching to the report in that project you will see the list of backlinks and their list value, you can export that.
Please tell us if you're having any problems.
