I'm trying to export ALL data from RankTracker, including competitor rankings. In the export template setting, I do check the box to export competitor rankings, but in the exported file, only my own ranking show up.
Please go to Preferences -> Competitors and editing each competitor please make sure you have put a check in the "include into exports and reports", then run an export. You can try creating a new export template to make sure changes get applied.
