You're probably on Vista, right? This is a weird problem, but it looks like there is a solution - please install the latest version, then go to Program Files and rename the folder SEO PowerSuite and rename the folder from SEO PowerSuite to SEO PowerSUite1 or sth like that - that should fix the problem. We are looking for a better solution currently

Well, to find out how are ranking for a keyboard or a group of Keywords, you have to select the keyword & click on check Ranking command. U can also do that from Tools menu & than check Rankings.
Next step is to choose the search engine check whichever u want & click next, wait for some second or minute.
After the search complete click finish to add new data to your project.
The will install RT on windows Vista. If u have any problem than u will take windows vista support. U will definatly get the solution.

You can try reset your IP address if you are using a dynamic IP network; Or you should wait one hour then try again if you have a static IP address. and if you If get update failed error messages on google then you need to set the check keyword delay settings. If you want take some suggestion then you can take Microsoft Help.
