Hey there,

as a user of your software.. I am a little disappointed by the lack of updates we are getting from the staff of this software.

Especially with the fact that we pay for updates... and we have to pay for captchas ( cant use cheaper services, even though it would be easy to integrate them )

I would be happy to pay for all of this if the software worked.. however.. recently I would say that Google is making changes.. and its effecting other tools.. and this one too..

But we hear nothing from staff.. nothing..

I cant update Google comp at all without getting captchas all day long.. it does not matter how many proxies I have in place.. or anything..

one month ago.. I could update thousands of comp numbers per day.. and not get any captchas.. but now its getting pretty expensive.

I started a thread a few days back.. and not heard from anyone.. only spam from other users.

For what we pay for the enterprise license, and the updates etc.. you guys need to sort your customer service out.

The best way to get help fast would be to click help -> Send project to support right after a check. That way we will get all your logs and settings and get back to you with specific recommendations.

In terms of getting blocks and CAPTCHAs there have been no major changes, so please contact our support as described above and we'll help you out with settings suggestions.

There must be something that has changed.. as your program does not work...

I am using another tool for competition now.. and with no hassles..

I would suggest that you look at what is happening with tools like Market samurai etc.. that used Google to get competition data from.. and now they are not...as they reported changes that google have made has made it hard for them to do what they need to do.

basically.. every proxy I use through RT is getting a captcha... if I use another program with the same proxies.. I do not have any issues..

There is nothing happening with Market Samurai except — their built-in proxies stopped handling the amount of users/queries. We can not really account for what they say, but the fact is that there have been no changes by Google or anything like that. Google blocked automated queries before and it still does now, only their built-in safety settings do not handle it now.

Our search safety settings still work just as they used to. If your proxies get captcha then they're blocked already and you need to move to other proxies.

Again, if you send us the project with logs and settings we'll be able to produce a proper judgement and give specific advice.

I am not going to waste my captcha credits on helping your company figure out its bugs.. sorry.. If you credit my balance with a few thousands credits I will run a job for you.. and send the logs

You should be able to recreate the problem easily enough.

Essentially if I update competition data through RT every single keyword I check has to have a captha solved to get the info. I am not checking traffic.. only competition data.

Now.. I thought it might be my proxies.. and I tried many other sources of paid premium proxies.. and it did not matter.. every keyword I checked for comp data had to solve a captcha.

For me.. we check hundreds of thousands of keywords each week.. and this is going to cost us in credits through RT..

So I thought there must be another solution.. which I have found..

I am using another tool that I can use the same proxies in that get captcha errors in RT.. and work with NO issue in this other tool to check comp.

So I summmize that there is something up with RT.. or you have coded the software so that captchas have to be used.. so we have to buy credits..

I also find it a bit strange that you have not added cheaper services to buy credits.. but that is another thing.

bottom line is that.. YOU need to either look into your software.. as there might be a bug causing every keyword I check to use one captcha credit.. or leave it as is.

If you credit my balance with a few thousands credits I will run a job for you.. and send the logs.. but I am not going to use my credits otherwise.. I want to leave them for when we need them. At the moment we do not.. as this other tool is working perfectly fine to get comp data.

Even if there is a bug we can not reproduce it. If you send us the logs after such a check we can help, but otherwise no other user has reported the same exact problem.

Naturally we are not going to use your anti-CAPTCHA key. In fact you can disable it yourself and wait for the first CAPTCHA and then send us the logs, but you need to provide us the information to speed up the investigation of this issue.
