I am using WSA Page Optimization Report.

Links: WSA recommends me to use my keyword 12 times.
Body: WSA recommends me to use my keyword 5 times.

Can anyone explain me how I shall do that???

Well, you could have some links and anchor texts respectively out of the <body> tag, in the header for instance. If you wish you can send us your project via help -> send project to support, we will take a look at it.
