Just a suggestion, I dont know if this is a rubbish idea or not but it would be something I think that could be useful.

It would be good if the software could generate a report for the amount of time that is being spent on an overall project with dates of completion etc.

i.e. Competitor Analysis - 20 minutes 45 Seconds
Keyword Research - 45 minutes 10 Second
Collecting Search Engine Data 36 minutes 56 Second

And so on...

It would also be good if this could be collated for the whole client project across the suite of products.

Not sure if that would be useful or fair for charging clients... One can set up enormous human emulation delays thus making everything real long. Moreover we recommend setting up delays during extensive data mining.
