Not quite sure I got you right. Do you mean you would like to harvest backlinks to one specific page only? Currently only Yahoo (and Blekko to some extent) give out such information, so you can start a project for these search engines and the specific URL you wish to find backlinks for.
As for backlinks found using all other search engines - you need to update the "page info" backlink factor and you will see the "anchor URL" column populated - sorting by it you can see what page of your site exactly the links are going to.
