When I read recommendations in a web page report like:



Then follow the recommendation and reduce the number of words in the page title, update the page on the server, then update the page in Web Auditor, the percentage data stays the same and the recommendation stays the same. Even though there are now 8 words, it still says there are 14 words.

What am I doing wrong?

OR is it that the data is updated in Website Auditor, it is being pulled from the search engine's chache and not the actual page on my server?

Did you just rebuild the report or you went to the "webpage" tab and clicked "Update" to update your page and your competitors' pages? If you're still experiencing problems then please click help -> Send project to support in your project, we'll take a look at it.
