Hello

We are ussing google apps email service and I´m adding the email settings as in this page:

https://support.google.com/mail/bin/ans ... swer=78799


I already went to my email configuration and accept the IMAP service (I already try POP with same results).


but it didn´t work, ¿Do I have to use different settings?

Right now we accept only POP e-mail servers and settings, so you a POP e-mail should work. Normally Gmail works fine with default settings. You can contact our support and provide your e-mail details, we'll check and advise.
