Backup / Save questions - does "Save" save all project settings, FTP, etc ?

I try to backup the project each time any changes are made.

Are all settings and stuff saved when you click 'Save' ?

In LinkAssistant, "Preferences", like API key settings, workspaces settings etc. are saved when you exit the application. Other data gets saved when you hit the "Save" button.
