Are you trying to purposely trying to screw us?

Yesterday you changed how the category links were being uploaded.

All of links to my category pages were as follows: domain.com/link-resources.html NOTE the lower case

then, yesterday, they for whatever reason, changed to match the capital letters in the Category title and they changed to

domain.com/Link-Resources.html .. and those URL's are not cached.. so I went through and re uploaded all of my sitemaps and TODAY they just went back..

WTF are you guys thinking over there?

Stop changing it or allow for us to determine which way we want the URL's to show up as so we don't loose our cache!

Real sorry for that. We were adding another feature and the category names changed, the issue is now solved, we have released an emergency update. Now all the category page names are back to lowercase, please accept our apologies once again.

That was a horrible programming oversite, that cost one of my sites dearly, I find it hard to justify the price of continued monthly costs when things like this happen and cost me 50 times the cost in administration dealing with issues that arise....

And I am using the enterprise versions of everything....


This really made me very upset aswell, and once again as "valued users" we receive no compensation....
