I have been running rank tracker and both Google and Yahoo work fine, however Bing returns as if nothing is ranking.

However, if I go in manually to Bing the website I am searching for is ranking.

Anyone else having the same issue? If so, is there anything I can do to fix it?

Yes, we are having the same issues with Bing results showing >100 instead of the correct rank as seen via a manual search (verified from multiple locations/ip addresses).
