Is there any documentation on filters? Specifically interested in knowing how to filter to see new links found in the last 7 days.

Please right-click on any column's header and add the "last found date". This column will show you the last date when the respected backlink was found in the backlink lists of the search engine. You can sort your workspace by that column (by clicking on the column's header) and see what backlinks have been found during the last run check.
