Is there a way to style the email template using html codes or tags for font size and status or adding unordered list etc...

I just did a test campaign and added myself to the list to see how the email looks and I have to say it looks a mess.

There are line breaks on most lines my monitor resolution is 1920x1080 so there is no need to break the line when there is room in the screen for the whole sentence.

It would be a good idea to highlight the Title, Description and URL in the email.

Adding a wrap around the html code would be a good idea too, a lot of CMS users are not tech savvy and might not know where to stop when they are copying the html code.

I get link exchange offers everyday and I have to say most of them look more professional than LA.

hmmm i agree i get so many replies saying - are you a spammer? and "take me off your email list" and I think it's purely down to where line breaks cut off the flow of an email.

Would really like the email to appear more natural

Hey guys,

The text format with line breaks was introduced to ensure that link exchange invitations created with LA would be readable in any mail client and any screen resolution (we got plenty of requests for it from our users by the way ;)). Anyways, I've forwarded your request for the .html format option to our analysts. If it goes through, the feature will be added in one of the upcoming versions.

This is rather unlikely I have to say. A link exchange request can be taken for spam if it gets to an inappropriate recipient - for example, a webmaster who doesn't do link exchange at all or the owner of a website which content has no relation to yours. Also some of our users forget to add a link to the website of a potential link partner before sending in a link exchange request. If you keep these things in mind and customize the default text just a little, use your full name, position within the company, contact details etc., your messages will only be welcome. ;)
